Four airports to start from.
A terminal is only worth opening when there is somebody else in it, so Wingmate starts in four: Barcelona, Vienna, London Heathrow and London Gatwick. From there you can fly to any of 85 destinations.

You choose a terminal when you add your trip, because that is what decides who you can actually walk over to before boarding.

Vienna and Barcelona in detail.
At VIE and BCN the Airport tab has a terminal map with gate areas, and cafés, restaurants and bars you can suggest as a meeting place in chat. Opening hours appear where the map data has them — it comes from OpenStreetMap, so check the signs when you get there.
Everywhere else you still get your boarding pass, the feed, groups, rides and security-wait reports — just no map.
