In short
- Normally you can withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days.
- Wingmate Pro (monthly or yearly) and the Trip Pass start immediately, the subscription with the free trial if you have one. You can only buy them by asking for that and confirming that the right of withdrawal then ends.
- Separately from withdrawal, you can cancel the subscription in the app at any time; nothing more is charged.
- Your statutory warranty rights stay untouched.
Withdrawal information
Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise it, you must inform us — [company name], [address], [support email] — of your decision by a clear statement, for example an email. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your statement before the period ends.
Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.
When the right of withdrawal ends early
Wingmate Pro is digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. Your right of withdrawal ends as soon as we begin supplying it, if (1) you expressly asked us to begin before the withdrawal period ends, (2) you confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal as a result, and (3) we confirmed the contract to you (§ 18(1) Z 11 FAGG).
The checkout asks for both confirmations before the subscription is set up. Pro is unlocked the moment PayPal confirms the subscription, including at the start of a free trial, so afterwards the right of withdrawal no longer applies. The confirmation is shown in the app and kept with your account.
Cancelling is different. Whatever happens with the right of withdrawal, you can cancel the subscription at any time in the app or in PayPal. Nothing is charged after that, and Pro runs until the end of the trial or of the month already paid.
